The National Diversity Council has named Houston Associate, Alejandra C. Salinas, among Houston’s 50 “Top Women in Law” in their compilation of industry leaders. This Council describes the honorees as, “some of the most extraordinary legal professionals in the Houston area; a distinguished group of women dedicated to continuous success in their workplaces and communities.”
Honorees were selected based on criteria such as high degree of peer recognition for leadership and professional expertise, noteworthy commitment to fairness, equity and justice in client representation, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
Prior to her time at the firm, Salinas addressed 20,000 delegates on the final night of the Democratic National Convention in a nationally televised speech in 2012. Salinas currently serves on the U.S. Department of State’s Speaker Program where she speaks to U.S. embassies around the world about the Latino community and national political parties.
