These partners include Amanda Bonn (Los Angeles), Matthew Berry (Seattle), Ryan Caughey (Houston), Oleg Elkhunovich (Los Angeles), Alex Kaplan (Houston), David Peterson (Houston), Shawn Rabin (New York), Rob Safi (Houston), Steven Shepard (New York), Arun Subramanian (New York), Genevieve Wallace (Seattle) and Lexie White (Houston).
Of the group, Berry, Kaplan, Rabin, Subramanian and Wallace are listed for the second year in a row.
Benchmark Litigation is the only publication that focuses exclusively on U.S. and Canadian litigation. The publication’s rankings and editorials stem from the culmination of a six-month research period during which researchers conduct extensive interviews with litigators and their clients to identify leading litigators and firms. During these interviews, researchers examine recent casework handled by law firms and ask individual litigators to offer their professional opinions on peers. Benchmark’s full list of 2018 editorial reviews is expected to be release in October 2017. Benchmark Litigation is published by Euromoney Institutional Investor.
