Amy Brantly is Of Counsel in the Los Angeles office of Susman Godfrey. Ms. Brantly represents plaintiffs and defendants in a range of complex litigation cases in both state and federal courts, including class actions, antitrust cases, securities cases, intellectual property cases, and fraud cases. Together with her colleagues, Ms. Brantly successfully litigated several large antitrust cases, including Masimo Corp. v. Tyco Healthcare Group L.P. which Susman Godfrey won at trial and White, et al. v. NCAA, which settled in 2008. She has also worked on class actions involving claims under California's Unfair Competition Law and has defended corporations and officers and directors in claims of fraud and unfair and unlawful business practices. Ms. Brantly was named a "Rising Star" by the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine in 2004. Only 2.5% of Southern California lawyers were bestowed with this honor.
