His most recent victories include a $1.6 billion judgment for BML Properties after a trial in New York Supreme Court on fraud and breach of contract claims arising out of the development of the Baha Mar resort; a multi-million dollar judgment after trial in Delaware Chancery Court against the private equity firm Court Square Capital; a preliminary injunction for Saba Capital precluding a closed-end mutual fund from enforcing a bylaw enacted during a shareholder proxy contest; and favorable settlements for such clients as NBCUniversal and Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital.

This includes securing an over $1 billion judgment for Everly Health after a two-week trial against Walgreens for breach of contract and violations of the Lanham Act, representing WeWork founder Adam Neumann against SoftBank after SoftBank withdrew its offer to buy up to $3 billion in WeWork stock from Neumann, resolving a landmark trade secrets case for Uber in the “Tech Trial of the Century,” and securing a jury verdict valued at $160 million for General Electric in a breach of contract dispute with the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority.
Ms. Srinivasan tries cutting-edge cases in courtrooms across the country. She serves as Susman Godfrey’s fourth managing partner in the firm’s 40-plus year history and a member of its executive committee. A fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, Srinivasan’s most recent victories include winning a $65.7 million jury verdict for Paltalk Holdings in a patent infringement lawsuit against Cisco Systems, obtaining an arbitration award of $160 million for Black Knight for misuse of its confidential information, serving as lead trial counsel for Intercontinental Exchange in proceedings brought by the FTC related to ICE’s $11.7 billion proposed acquisition of Black Knight, and securing an 8-figure deal to settle claims of conspiracy to fix prices/allocate markets for telescopes sold in the United States.
