Fifty-nine partners from across all four of Susman Godfrey’s offices have been included on Lawdragon’s third annual list of the country’s 500 Leading Litigators in America. Susman Godfrey has more lawyers on this list than any other litigation firm. In addition, with 62% of the firm partnership included, Susman Godfrey is a rare case among the list of leading firms where more than half of the partnership is recognized.
The 2024 list of leading litigators includes attorneys who are “the best litigators the U.S. has to offer – in antitrust, intellectual property, white collar and investigations, securities and corporate governance litigation, and a vast array of class actions, product liability and other complex civil litigation.”
Of Susman Godfrey, Lawdragon’s research team says,
“The dazzle and success of Susman Godfrey; Quinn Emanuel; and Paul Weiss – the three firms with the most lawyers included – represents some of the greatest skill ever assembled in the legal profession.”
This is the fifth time this year Susman Godfrey has led a Lawdragon ranking. In January, nineteen partners were among Lawdragon’s prestigious Lawdragon 500 (more than any litigation firm on the list) and in April, eleven partners were recognized on the inaugural Top 500 Global Plaintiff Lawyers list. In
May, over half of the partnership was included on the annual list of the country’s Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers (beating out all other litigation firms). Just weeks after, twenty-three young lawyers were named to Lawdragon’s 500X – The Next Generation.
The full list of 2024 Leading Litigator honorees names seven or more partners in each of Susman Godfrey’s offices. New to the list this year are partners John Lahad, Sy Polky, Tamar Lusztig, and Ian Gore.
